Breaches
Breaches are high-stakes PvP/PvM events that tear open at two locations in the game world. Portals spawn waves of breach monsters, and the players who deal the most damage to each monster walk away with some of the most valuable loot in DMMPS.

How Breaches Work
During the All Stars tournament, breaches run once every 8 hours. When a breach activates, everyone in-game receives a broadcast announcing the locations.
Every breach launches two locations at once: one in a single-combat area and one in a multi-combat area.
Event Timeline
- Two-minute warning. The portals open but no monsters spawn yet, giving you time to travel and gather.
- 15 minutes of active spawning. Monsters emerge from the portals for the rest of the event.
- Continuous replacements. When a spawned monster dies during the active period, its portal immediately begins spawning a replacement.
Who Can Fight Breach Monsters
Breach monsters can only be attacked by players in Bracket 5 (combat level 96+). You also cannot attack them while your DMM PvP protection is still running—wait for it to expire, or cancel it early.
DMM Points for Damage
You earn 2 DMM points per point of damage dealt to breach monsters, up to 12,500 breach points per day and 100,000 breach points in total.
Bring your team, plenty of food, and combat supplies. Breaches are hotspots for intense action, and you should expect other players competing for the same monsters—dangerous, but extremely rewarding.
Loot Eligibility
The top eight damage dealers on each breach monster are eligible for loot.
Every eligible player receives their own independent rolls, so all rates on this page are per eligible player, per monster. Another player's luck never changes what you receive.

Guaranteed Reward
Deal at least 250 damage to a breach monster and you also receive one guaranteed reward:
- 50% chance for an Archaic emblem (tier 5)
- 50% chance for one weighted ancient PvP artefact
Ancient artefacts can be exchanged at Mandrith, located at home, for artefact points and coins. Those points buy PvP weapons, which is a reliable fallback if the drops are not going your way.

Rare Rewards
Rare rewards use one nested roll. Each eligible player first has a 1/25 (4%) chance to enter the rare path for each breach monster. Failing this initial roll produces no rare reward. If it succeeds, a reward is always selected: 3/4 (75%) of successful entries use the Trinkets and Weapons table, while 1/4 (25%) use the Mega-rare table.

Eleven of the 22 entries are inactive PvP armour pieces, making the effective rate for any such piece 1/200.

Chitin is used to create blighted overload potions, one of the most powerful consumables in the game. Herblore secondaries are switched off on the regular table for now—they are disabled rather than permanently removed, so they can return later.
